Terms of Service

Every new account starts with a 30-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial. You will not be charged automatically at the end of the trial — you choose to subscribe or the account is paused.

After the trial, the service is $49 per month for up to 5 employees. Yearly billing and additional-employee options are available. Fees are billed in advance for the selected period and are non-refundable except where required by law.

You may cancel at any time. There is no long-term contract and no cancellation fee. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

You can export your time records and job data as CSV at any time, including after cancellation. Your data is always yours.

You (the customer/employer) are responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local labor laws — including overtime, wage, and record-keeping rules — and with any employee-monitoring or location-tracking notice or consent requirements that apply to your workforce. PunchCard Pro is a tool; the employer remains the employer of record.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PunchCard Pro is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice with reasonable advance notice.
